Situated at the foot of Northridge, where Van Nuys/Lake Balboa begin, you will find a community filled with a cosmopolitan culture, and good neighbors who look after one another.

 

Built in 1970s, this community has survived many decades and has been home to many generations and families from many beautiful cultures. Balboa Village continues to be a community filled with hard working good people who create a better future for their children. A better future for the community is also at hand, as we welcome our new Property Management company.
